Yesterday, while I'm Shredding (Day 7 or 8, first day of Level 2):
Hayes: What are you doing?
Me: Resting a second.
Hayes: You're not supposed to rest!! (He's heard Jillian say that.)
Me: Thanks, Mr. Lying on the Floor.
